Commercial Finance Manager - Tech SME - Stunning New Forest Offices - Up to £75k + Benefits

Are you a commercially astute Finance professional who might be interested in the challenge of driving forward a rapidly expanding, highly profitable Tech SME? If so, Venture Recruitment Partners are looking for a progressive Commercial Finance Manager to join a client who has significantly grown their market share through a mixture of private investment and organic growth across their B2B and B2C portfolios.

The business is offering a flexible hybrid working pattern (2-3 days in their New Forest office) and, with a strong EBITDA and future acquisitions lined up, this is the perfect time to join a business where you can help shape both your career and their financial direction.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in delivering insightful financial analysis to support strategic and commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Produce and analyse consolidated monthly board packs.
2. Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
3. Conduct comprehensive FP&A for both B2B and B2C divisions.
4. Provide commercial analysis of products, services, working capital, and stock management.
5. Deliver accurate reporting to PE owners.
6. Manage cash forecasting and support treasury activities.
7. Oversee the FP&A Analyst, with scope for wider team growth.
8. Drive finance transformation across processes and systems.
