Group Finance Manager

£70,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Bens

A growing entrepreneurial client within the media and entertainment sector is looking for a technically strong, qualified accountant to join as Group Finance Manager. Key Duties

• Responsible for Group Central Finance- Oversee the central finance function, ensuring accurate financial management and alignment across the group.
• Ownership of Month-End Close- Take full accountability for timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
• Liaise with Subsidiaries- Act as the key finance contact for group subsidiaries, supporting and guiding their financial reporting and compliance.
• Support the Consolidation Process- Assist in preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
• Manage a Small Finance Team- Lead and mentor a small finance team, fostering development, efficiency, and collaboration within the group finance function.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent) with a strong technical background and experience in a post audit environment. You’ll need to be personable, with the ability to communicate effectively with both non-finance colleagues and senior stakeholders.
