Payroll Manager Mission

To provide an exceptional, stress‑free pay experience for our people, ensuring a flawless payroll journey across our UK, EU and US teams, with strong accuracy, keen attention to detail, you will manage the end‑to‑ended payroll process as we continue to thrive, grow and evolve.



How you'll drive success


  • Inspire and empower those around you to truly Host from the Heart. Radiate warmth, be fully present, take ownership and bring intention to the smallest moments.

  • Owning the end‑to‑ended payroll for all employees across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

  • Overseeing payroll submissions, approvals, and funding in partnership with Finance.

  • Adherence to local, national, and international payroll legislation, tax rules, and statutory reporting.

  • Maintaining strong internal controls, documentation, and audit readiness to minimise compliance risk.

  • Acting as the primary contact for payroll queries, delivering clear communication and timely resolution.

  • Ensuring a positive and consistent experience for employees around pay, deductions, benefits, and time sensitive issues.

  • Managing payroll systems, including system updates, integrations, testing, and troubleshooting.

  • Partnering with our People Experience and Finance teams to ensure alignment across data flows, system updates, and policy changes.

  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and support scalability.



What you'll need to thrive

  • A collaborative spirit, able to partner effectively with Finance, People Experience teams, and external payroll partners while still owning your domain.

The Interview Process and Candidate Experience


  1. Life Story & Values - a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values

  2. Experience Interview - a slightly longer video call for you to meet your manager and discuss your skill set and experience for the role

  3. Final Interview - 1 hour in person task interview to complete and present
