As a Passive Fire Protection Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing passive fire protection projects across various sectors, including student accommodation, retail, residential, and office spaces. This is a site-based role requiring nationwide travel, where you will ensure high-quality standards and compliance in fire stopping installations.
- Oversee all on-site activities related to passive fire protection.
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Uphold the company's commitment to excellence in every project.
- Proven experience in fire stopping or passive fire protection.
- Strong supervisory skills with a hands-on approach to site management.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards in fire protection.
- Willingness to travel nationwide and work on varied projects.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- NVQ Level 3 or above in Construction Site Supervision or equivalent.
- FIRAS Certification or similar accreditation in passive fire protection.
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card (Supervisor or Manager level).
- First Aid at Work qualification.
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations (e.g., Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005).
