Overview

Bennett & Game are currently seeking a Construction Manager to join a forward-thinking and dynamic Main Contractor based in Chichester. The initial sites will be located across London and the Home Counties, primarily within secure and high-compliance environments. The company delivers complex construction projects across the UK, with clients spanning both the public and private sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects within secure environments, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, security, and quality.
• Plan, schedule and oversee all phases of construction projects.
• Lead site teams including subcontractors and direct labour.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities.
• Work with the commercial team on budgets and procurement plans.
• Ensure adherence to project scope, health and safety regulations, and secure environment protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within secure, defence, or complex MEPH environments.
• Prior experience using Microsoft Project.
• Already obtained/willing to obtain Security Clearance.
• CSCS Black Card or equivalent.
• SMSTS Certification.
• Strong Knowledge of construction methods, health and safety, and project management.
• Full UK Driver's License and willing to commute to site.
