We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of high-end residential construction projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage budgets, timelines, subcontractors, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and manage residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure quality standards and timelines are met.
  • Monitor daily site activities to maintain safety, compliance, and productivity.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships.
  • Track progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates with stakeholders and clients.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may impact schedules, costs, or quality.
  • Ensure all work complies with building codes, regulations, and company standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction (custom homes).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
  • Excellent organizational, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software and construction management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • OSHA certification or equivalent safety training.
