A new client of Sphere Solutions are looking to appoint a Project Manager / Site Manager to commence a new role in Cheltenham. The new company specialise in bespoke luxury Homes and Apartments, regenerating landmarks and locations into desirable accommodation. While working in this role, you will be a site based lead / No.1, overseeing the below scheme:

Responsibilities

• Site-based lead / No.1 on the scheme
• Oversee the development of 98 Apartments - RC Frame
• Lead the project team and manage on-site activities for the high-rise RC Frame development
