As a Passive Fire Protection Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing passive fire protection projects across various sectors, including student accommodation, retail, residential, and office spaces. This is a site-based role requiring nationwide travel, where you will ensure high-quality standards and compliance in fire stopping installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all on-site activities related to passive fire protection.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate site reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Uphold the company's commitment to excellence in every project.
About You
  • Proven experience in fire stopping or passive fire protection.
  • Strong supervisory skills with a hands-on approach to site management.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards in fire protection.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide and work on varied projects.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Desirable Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 3 or above in Construction Site Supervision or equivalent.
  • FIRAS Certification or similar accreditation in passive fire protection.
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card (Supervisor or Manager level).
  • First Aid at Work qualification.
  • Knowledge of fire safety regulations (e.g., Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005).
