Overview

Senior Construction Manager- RC and associated works for a project in Sheffield. This is a contract role for at least 18 months with a strong possibility of ongoing employment after the initial contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage site management staff (around 5–10 people) and work closely with the Project Manager and client to ensure successful project delivery.
• On-site leadership of trades, focusing on productivity improvements and liaison with the client.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with quality, safety, schedule and budget requirements.

Qualifications

• Essential experience with reinforced concrete subcontractors.
• Proven history of managing schemes from £5M to £20M+.

Details

• Location: Sheffield
• Contract: at least 18 months with strong potential for ongoing employment post-contract.
• Basis: PAYE or daily rate; CIS or Ltd company—client is open to all options to secure the right candidate.
