We offer a carefully curated selection of menswear, womenswear, sneakers, homeware, and lifestyle products to a global audience.

At the heart of END. is our customer and it’s our people and culture that make the difference. With over 600 employees across our HQ, offices, and retail locations, our customer-first mindset continues to guide everything we do.

The Role:

The E-commerce Studio Production Coordinator is a pivotal member of the E-commerce Studio Department, responsible for managing the end-to-end studio workflow - from sample handling to product publishing. This role ensures seamless execution of the buy within the studio, driving efficiency and accuracy at every stage.

Reporting to the E-commerce Studio Production Manager, the Production Coordinator oversees scheduling and product flow, optimises operational efficiency, upholds quality standards, and accelerates speed-to-site. In addition, the Production team provides critical visibility to the wider business through precise reporting and clear, consistent communication.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinate the studio end-to-end product journey from sample management to product publishing.
  • Plan and schedule product launches by prioritising buys, organising styles, and accurately mapping them into the studio calendar.
  • Collaborate with Studio, Logistics, Buying and Merchandising teams to forecast and prioritise workload, ensuring alignment with trading calendars and commercial objectives.
  • Monitor and optimise production KPIs including throughput, time-to-site, cost-per-style, and quality score.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and drive data-informed improvements to enhance speed-to-site and overall productivity.
  • Leverage emerging technologies and automation to improve production scheduling, quality control, and reporting accuracy.
  • Liaise with SMU, Creative, and Brand Marketing teams to ensure alignment on launch plans, campaigns, and product priorities to maximise commercial impact.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and brand consistency across all published product content, promptly escalating any discrepancies to the appropriate teams.
  • Support the E-commerce Studio Production Manager to ensure best practises and continuous improvement across capacity planning and forecasting, to meet daily volume targets efficiently.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in production coordination or studio operations, ideally within a high-volume e-commerce or creative environment.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with cross-functional teams to enable the exchange of complex information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with workflow management tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Develops strong partnerships internally and externally to positively impact the customer.
  • Provides guidance and support to new team members, may coordinate tasks for the team and keep track of progress.

Besides a competitive salary and an engaging and inclusive work place we can offer you:

  • 30 days holiday (including bank holidays)
  • Flexible working, with 2 days WFH (Thurs-Fri)
  • 40 Hours per week - Monday to Friday
  • Holiday trading (Buy or sell 3 days)
  • Your birthday off
  • Access to Employee Assistance Programme
  • Healthcare Cashback Plan
  • Moments that matter gifts (Weddings and Babies)
  • A pension that both you and the company contribute to
  • Generous staff discount
  • Opportunities for professional development and career progression
  • And so much more….

We know that great talent comes in many forms. So even if you don’t meet every single criteria, we would still love to hear from you. If you’re passionate, driven, and believe you can contribute to our future success, we encourage you to apply.
