The senior leadership team are extremely ambitious and want to continue to scale rapidly. The individual who joins as Head of E-commerce and CRM will have a seat around the leadership table and play a pivotal role in building this business into a meaningful global brand.
This is the perfect role for an experienced Senior E-commerce and CRM Manager who can combine strategic vision with hands‑on execution.
Essentially this role covers three core areas:
For the first six months you can expect to be hands‑on, with a focus on planning and execution, as soon as ROI is being delivered you will be driving the road map and vision for your team – recruiting and expanding the skill set in‑house.
This role requires someone to get their hands dirty and handle most of the execution in the early stages.
