An award-winning hotel in Essex is seeking a Revenue Director with proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will lead the hotel's commercial strategy, maximizing revenue across all streams, including accommodation and F&B services. The role requires strong forecasting skills and the ability to analyze competition effectively. The package includes a competitive salary of around £50,000, along with great benefits such as discounted stays and staff events.
We have a great opportunity for a Revenue Director wanting to progress at an award-winning hotel in Essex. With over 150 bedrooms, health club and spa the hotel also offers a wide range of meeting and event space which is ideal for day meetings, residential conferences or weddings.
Own transport is a must due to the location of the property.
The Revenue Director is a standalone role which will develop, lead and communicate the Hotel’s commercial strategy with the General Manager.
Within this role key areas of focus will be to maximize revenue including accurate and timely forecasts and budgets, yield management of all areas of the business including accommodation, F&B packages, Spa and Golf, along on-going competitor analysis.
It will also be essential to develop and maintain effective communication between key personnel, ensuring successful delivery of financial targets.
