Purpose of role

As Campaign Manager, you will play a critical role within our Growthteam, driving strategic marketingcampaignsand overseeingthe development ofhigh-valuecontentto supportmarketing andbusiness developmentobjectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Account Teams, Scientific Strategy, and Creativestudio, ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned with commercial goals and deliver measurable impact. A commercially minded approach and experience with HubSpot will be highly valuable in this role.

You will need to be self-sufficient, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of marketing campaigns andcontent, ensuring execution excellence whilemaintainingbrand alignment and optimising performance.

Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign& Content Planning andExecution
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with the company'smarketingstrategy.
  • Work closely with Business Development to align marketing initiatives with lead generation and revenue growthobjectives.
  • Leverage HubSpot and other marketingtechto manage campaign workflows and trackperformance.
  • Create compelling content and messaging to support marketing initiatives acrossPrime’swebsite,email, and socials, as well asthird-partychannels.
  • Developthought leadershipcontent(e.g.whitepapers,blog posts,PRadvertorials)as a key part of the marketingstrategy, ensuring the company is positioned as an industry leader through insights and strategic messaging.
Event Management
  • Lead the execution of bothPrime hosted and industry ledeventsand theirassociatedcampaignsincluding event material development, branding, and audience engagement.
  • Utilisethe BD & Marketing Coordinatorfor the coordinationof eventlogistics.
  • Ensure seamless communication and marketing execution before, during, and after eventsboth internally and externally.
  • Support the Marketing Director in trackingand measuringevent success, using insights to inform future strategy.
Marketing Collateral Development
  • Develop resources that educate and inspire both internal and external audiences.
  • Support the creation of enablement materials, presentations, and content assets that enhance marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency and brand alignment across all marketing collateral.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Business Development, Account Teams, Scientific Strategy, andthe creative studioto align marketing campaignsand contentwithcompanygoals.
  • Act as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.
Performance Analysis & Commercial Impact
  • Support the Marketing Director in trackingand analysingmarketing campaignand contentperformance to optimise ROI and lead generation.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine campaign strategies and improve effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present performance reports tothe Marketing Director and otherkey stakeholders, making strategic recommendations based on data analysis.
Brand Alignment & Messaging
  • Ensure all marketing campaigns andcontentare aligned withourbrand identity, target audience messaging, and positioning.
  • Maintain a consistent tone and voice across all marketing communications.

Any other tasks or projects as reasonably requested by the company

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management andcontent development, preferably within anagency marketing environment
  • Experience in healthcare communicationswould be ideal, with an understanding of fast-paced, creative, and strategic campaign execution rather than traditional medical communications.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, and revenue-focused strategies.
  • Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools) for campaign management and lead tracking.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills for crafting compelling marketingcontent.
  • Proven ability to work independently and thrive in aresults-driven environment.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Commercially minded, with an ability to align marketing initiatives withcompanygrowthobjectives.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to campaign optimisation.
