Job Description/Responsibilities

Execute and develop strategicdirection and performance of theGin, Rum, Vodkaportfoliosto meet or exceed Sazerac's financial targets acrossprioritycountry/brand mix.

Market analysis

  • Conduct category based competitive audits to identify trends, opportunities and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Support the identification of category drivers and category entry points in each market, providing insight to EU Lead of Portfolio Planning and EU Marketing Director.
  • Establish framework and systems to monitor leading and lagging performance indicators across portfolio brands.

Strategic planning

  • Assist in building a3-5 yearplan to reach Sazerac's financial targets forprioritybrands/markets.
  • Support the overall portfolio for the Hub and align specific line ups for each EU market. Identify and close portfolio gaps within guidance from EU Lead of Portfolio Planning & EU Marketing Director.
  • Roll up portfolio role, objectives and KPIs for each brand.
  • Tier and standardize support model across brands.

Brand building

  • Aid in identifying platforms to build mental and physical availability (bothOn Trade andOff Trade) ofprioritybrands across EU.
  • Execute trade marketing programs, tools, activations within guidelines from Shopper COE.
  • Execute against established pricing corridors definition for each brand.
  • Ensure product availability to fulfill all category entry points with distinctiveness.
  • Support the EU portfolio Planning Lead & EU Marketing Director in defining distribution requirements and targets; lead sell in efforts to distributor and trade.

P&L management

  • Model scenarios to invest ahead of growth providing inputs to EU Marketing Director for total EU Annual Marketing Budget allocations.
  • Assign yearly Annual Marketing Budget to each brand as per guidance from EU Marketing Director and EU Lead of Portfolio Planning.
  • Contribute to the value chain definition of each brand to each distributor.

Cross functional collaboration

  • Primaryinterface with Global Brand teams to align local strategies, allocations, brand building platforms.
  • Primaryinterface with commercial team regarding portfolio plans, where to play/how to win choices.
  • Support FY brand planning process for the portfolio.

Performance tracking and reporting

  • Coordinate to the monthly S&OP process reporting across brands in the portfolio.
  • Coordinate the monthly alignment meetings with Global Brand teams and EU commercial teams.
  • Roll up monthly brand KPIs to meet targets.

  • Extensive relevant functional experience

  • Mastery in managing internal stakeholders and extensive experience leading people through influence

  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • Strong organization, project and time management skills

  • Strong proficiency with systems and data analysis tools

  • Experience and comfort working with stakeholders in Sales, Category Leadership andBrandMarketing across markets

  • Available to travel up to 20% monthly, with two days per week required in the office.
