Digital Marketing Executive
We are currently looking for a creative, self starter to join our digital marketing team in Worcester, reporting to our Senior Marketing Business Partner.
The roles objective is to deliver innovative, effective digital marketing initiatives, focusing on social media, digital advertising and review sites, that enhance visibility, raise brand awareness, and generate leads. You will also deliver robust reporting and insights to ensure optimum engagement across our digital channels.
Duties Include
- Edit and draft social media posts in our house style, to appeal to our varied audience
- Work with the Graphics team to ensure appropriate and engaging imagery
- Manage the social media posting schedule(s), including occasional live posting, which includes maintaining high quality (check images/ posts), tagging, posting frequency and times
- Proactively advise on and implement effective PPC campaigns – both Google Adwords/Google Performance Max and paid social e.g. Meta and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to achieve varying objectives including lead generation and awareness raising
- Conduct SEO research and make suggestions on which keywords have high volumes to identify services to focus on, and report monthly
- Provide bandwidth to the Website team by uploading content to our website where required
- Work with the marketing team to create review platform user profiles
- Monitor reviews and follow the process for response, escalating internally where required
- Produce the monthly digital report and use data and Analytics to draw conclusions, make recommendations, and commission campaign materials/ copy or other content that helps meet our strategic objectives
- Stay up to date with digital best practice, and share this learning with the marketing team and fee earners where appropriate
- Work with the marketing team to drive firm-wide engagement with digital activity so our reach and impact is maximised
About You
As a Digital Marketing Executive you will have:
- Analytical and able to provide insight based on data
- Experience of using Google Analytics, Adwords and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Experience in using social media publishing/scheduling tools such as Hootsuite
- Excellent eye for detail and a passion for delivering quality outcomes
- Excellent organisation skills – you will be juggling a lot of balls
- Tenacity – you will need to take responsibility to ensure tasks are completed and this may involve chasing others for input
- Excellent administration skills, e.g. using Microsoft programmes effectively
- Able to build relationships at all levels with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident demeanour, able to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in a similar role at a similar level would be useful. Alternatively, candidates with the right behavioural attributes and a willingness to learn the role would be considered, as well as recent graduates where this may be their first professional role.
