A leading digital marketing agency is seeking a Marketing Director to shape and lead global B2B marketing strategy. The Marketing Director is a senior level, strategic position responsible for shaping and leading Impression's global B2B marketing strategy, driving significant expansion, and enhancing our competitive positioning. Reporting directly to and working in partnership with the Commercial Director, this role is crucial to accelerating the business's international growth ambitions, specifically targeting new market entry, such as the US.
The primary focus will be to create and execute a global marketing strategy that delivers a high-value, sustainable pipeline of opportunities for the Growth Team. This position requires deep expertise in B2B marketing, market positioning, performance marketing, and proven leadership in a fast-paced agency environment.

Salary from £64,900 depending on experience (+£6k London Weighting if you live in the Greater London area)
Please note, this role is a hybrid role, in line with our flexible working policy. We look to hire candidates who are no more than a 90 minute journey away from our office locations to ensure your personal time is protected and that you're able to travel into the office when necessary.
