Digital Advertising Sales Specialist (Hebrew Market)

Are you looking to advance your career in the digital sector and join an international team working with one of the worlds leading online advertising platforms?
This is your opportunity to contribute to a major project in Digital Marketing & Online Ads, supporting businesses as they strengthen their presence across global markets.

Role Overview

As a Digital Advertising Sales Specialist, you will collaborate with Hebrew‑speaking businesses and marketing agencies, helping them build effective advertising strategies tailored to their goals. You will work in a results‑driven environment and play an active role in expanding the clients market presence across EMEA.

Your mission is to consult, guide, and support partners by offering high‑impact solutions that enhance online visibility, optimize ROI, and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and strengthen relationships with clients and agencies by offering personalized advertising solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance to improve campaign performance and achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional digital marketing tools and services.
  • Work toward sales objectives while ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.
  • Communicate proactively through phone, email, and video calls to support and advise clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Native‑level Hebrew (C2) and strong English proficiency.
  • 12 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or online advertising.
  • Familiarity with online advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, YouTube, AdSense).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and goal‑oriented environment.
  • Passion for marketing, technology, and continuous learning.
  • Valid work permit for Spain.
