As a Senior Account Director, you’ll oversee key client relationships and guide digital marketing and ABM programmes built to deliver measurable growth. You’ll work with organisations operating in fast-moving B2B markets, helping them make informed decisions, refine digital approaches and deliver activity that aligns with their goals. The consultancy is based in the South of England and operates a remote working model, giving you flexibility while still engaging closely with a collaborative team. In this Senior Account Director position, you’ll set the strategic direction for client programmes, working with delivery teams to translate plans into structured, well‑executed activity. You’ll be the main point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring they have clarity on performance, timelines and outcomes.
You’ll coordinate multi‑channel digital marketing and ABM programmes, overseeing the setup, optimisation and reporting of activity across relevant platforms. You’ll ensure all work is delivered with accuracy and that insights are used to strengthen future plans.
You’ll monitor budgets, support forecasting and maintain oversight of workloads to ensure the team remains organised and aligned with priorities. You’ll also contribute to proposal development and help shape new opportunities with prospective clients.

The role offers a salary of up to £70k depending on experience, along with a profit‑related bonus, pension, private healthcare and 25 days’ annual leave plus additional days.
