Job description
The Role :

This is an exciting opportunity to join Dune London's Performance Marketing Team, where you will promote our brand and drive business growth through digital channels.

We are looking for a digital enthusiast to join the team and lead our strategy and execution across Paid Social and Amazon Ads.

The Paid Social Executive will be pivotal in driving brand and performance success across platforms like Meta and TikTok, while also managing our presence on the Amazon marketplace. Your primary focus will be on attracting new customers and retaining our existing ones.

Working closely with the Performance Marketing Manager, the Paid Social Executive will be responsible for executing and optimising campaigns across all channels. This includes rolling out best practices for campaign setup and content optimisation for paid social, as well as managing and growing our Amazon advertising campaigns. The Paid Social Executive will be crucial to our wider business strategy as we look to expand in Ireland and the US, and grow our Menswear and Bags & Accessories categories.

Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for the execution of activity across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Support our approach to channel measurement, helping to prove incrementality and drive content excellence across all digital advertising.
  • End‑to‑end management of paid social campaigns including forecasting, strategy, budget pacing, optimisation and measurement.
  • Support testing across, Conversion Lift Testing, Brand Lift and A / B Testing.
  • Develop strategies to support trade, seasonal launches and promotions across Spring Summer and Autumn Winter.
  • Team up with CRM to deliver Lead Gen cross‑channel tactics for Retention.
  • Work with the Content Teams to stay ahead on creative and launch new assets.
  • Responsible for Seasonal launch and Promotion planning across Paid Social Channels.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting within the Paid Social channel.
  • Lead the set‑up of Paid Social campaigns, QA and performance reporting.
  • Work effectively across the business, collaborating with teams to drive a clear and positive experience for our customers.
  • Explore new channel and / or tools to improve engagement and efficiency.
About You :
  • At least 2 years' hands‑on experience with social ad platforms (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok)
  • Familiar with bidding platforms across search (Google Ads, Bing, Apple)
  • Experience in a marketing role with a proven record of success and delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and other performance marketing techniques
  • Experience managing an agency and / or stakeholders
  • Self‑starter with ability to influence and drive projects
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment (Retail or E‑commerce)
  • Understanding of digital KPIs controlling performance, ROI and profitability
  • Understanding of marketing technology, including tracking and attribution
