Location: HYBRID WORKING-2 Days a week office based from Bridge Road, Stratford
The role sits within the Housing & Tenancy Services Directorate at the London Borough of Newham. The service is undergoing a post-regulatory improvement programme, with a focus on embedding strategic leadership, regulatory assurance, and resident-focused service delivery. The role supports transformation across multiple housing functions including tenancy management, focussing on identifying vulnerabilities and knowing our tenants.
