Qualifications
- At least 2 years in residential care of children, with 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of quality standards and childcare legislation.
- Full UK driving license required.
Responsabilités
- Ensure each young person has a tailored care plan.
- Support recruitment and retention of team members.
- Consult with young people about their care.
- Assign key workers to young people.
- Establish and monitor high-quality care standards.
