Qualifications
At least 2 years in residential care of children, with 1 year in a supervisory role.
Knowledge of quality standards and childcare legislation.
Full UK driving license required.
Responsabilités
Ensure each young person has a tailored care plan.
Support recruitment and retention of team members.
Consult with young people about their care.
Assign key workers to young people.
Establish and monitor high-quality care standards.
Address complaints and concerns.
Collaborate with stakeholders for young people's welfare.
Attend care planning and review meetings.
Ensure a safe culture within the service.
Align home management to budgeting expectations.
