A leading manufacturing firm in Bristol is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to maintain and manage the electrical systems at their facility. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety and efficiency of operations while complying with the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 Electrical qualification and experience in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance tasks, monitoring equipment condition, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to take ownership of maintaining our electrical equipment and systems at our Yate site, ensuring they operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will manage the CMMS schedule, complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks, and provide technical expertise to keep our operations running smoothly.
This role plays a vital part in supporting manufacturing performance, contractor control, and continuous improvement across the site. The hours of work are 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
