Job description

We are looking for a confident Acting Care & Support Team Leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You'll be working 42 hours a week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Outwood.

You will work some shifts as a support worker, and some as a team leader, allocating duties, medication, supporting the running of the service and demonstrating best practice.

Located in Horsforth, a charming village in the suburbs of Leeds, Outwood is a specialist residential service for adults. We provide outcome focused care for individuals with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge.

Main duties of the job
  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach to all individuals in our care

Benefits & Salary
  • Salary: £12.60 per hour to £14.91 per hour (base rises again to £12.85 post probation, higher rate for acting team lead shifts)
