A leading care provider in the North East is seeking a Clinical Regional Manager to oversee multiple care homes. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of management experience and a strong understanding of CQC standards. Responsibilities include delivering performance targets, supporting home managers, and ensuring high-quality care. Work closely with Home Managers, Directors and professional colleagues to ensure high-quality standards and maximum efficiency within the Care Homes. Develop and maintain an appropriate external network of relevant contacts, key customers and stakeholders aimed at promoting the Care Homes and Company.
