A financial services provider is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the accounting team in Dhaka. The role involves managing all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end close activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in operational finance and the ability to support team development while ensuring high-quality service for overseas clients.

Aufgaben
- Lead and support the finance team in all accounting operations.
- Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Manage month-end close processes and financial reporting.
- Ensure service excellence for overseas clients.
About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead and support our accounting team in Dhaka. This role requires close involvement in operational finance as well as direct contribution to client deliverables.
- Lead and support the finance team with a hands-on approach to full-function accounting operations.
- Oversee and perform AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger activities accurately and on time.
- Manage month-end close including journals, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Ensure high-quality service and accurate outcomes for overseas clients.
- Maintain strong internal controls and drive process efficiencies.
- Proactively resolve operational finance issues.
- Conduct performance reviews and support team development.
- Leverage system knowledge to guide and assist the team.
- Other queries
- Update process notes for all major tasks
- Other general tasks requested by line manager
