Job description

About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead and support our accounting team in Dhaka. This role requires close involvement in operational finance as well as direct contribution to client deliverables.

Key Accountabilities (Hands-On Role)

• Lead and support the finance team with a hands-on approach to full-function accounting operations.
• Oversee and perform AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger activities accurately and on time.
• Manage month-end close including journals, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure high-quality service and accurate outcomes for overseas clients.
• Maintain strong internal controls and drive process efficiencies.
• Proactively resolve operational finance issues.
• Conduct performance reviews and support team development.
• Leverage system knowledge to guide and assist the team.
