A leading manufacturing business in Crawley is seeking a Sales Account Manager to focus on product-based sales, managing accounts, and building meaningful relationships with customers. The role offers a salary of £38,000 - £42,000 plus bonuses, a company car, and a hybrid working model. What we are looking for:
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to build strong relationships whilst adapting to a varied customer base
  • Proven experience in product-based account management, business development or internal/external sales
  • A proactive, opportunity-seeking mindset with a genuine curiosity for identifying needs & offering a consultative solution
  • Full UK Driving License
Your Role:
  • Maximising sales with existing customers
  • Re‑engaging lapsed & identifying prospect opportunities
  • Managing the full sales cycle: booking & attending your own appointments, providing onsite product demonstrations, quoting, negotiating & closing the sale
