In this role, you will:

• Provide strategic, operational and clinical leadership for the ILC.
• Drive high‑quality, equitable equipment pathways and governance.
• Offer expert advice in complex equipment, postural management and moving & handling.
• Work collaboratively with NHS, Social Care, commissioners and community partners.
• Support workforce development and service improvement across Devon.

We are looking for an experienced, forward‑thinking AHP to lead our Independent Living Centre and Expert Moving & Handling Service. This is an exciting opportunity to shape countywide equipment provision, support innovation, and lead a skilled multidisciplinary team improving independence for people across Devon.
