The Role
As a Senior Ecommerce Executive, you’ll play a key role in leading the development and optimisation of our digital storefronts. From managing Shopify Plus integrations and international expansions to implementing UX/UI enhancements, you’ll ensure our online presence continues to grow and evolve.

1. Lead the front and backend development of the eCommerce site, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
2. Work on strategic projects such as international expansion, AI platform integration, and seasonal campaigns.
3. Manage Shopify Plus stores, overseeing traffic acquisition, sales performance, and stock management.
4. Drive improvements to the user journey, leveraging competitor analysis and data insights.
5. Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate solutions with our web agency.
6. Identify and implement new applications and integrations to enhance UX.
7. Collaborate with the wider eCommerce and digital marketing team to execute online growth strategies.
8. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
9. Monitor eCommerce performance metrics and reporting to measure success.
10. Support cross-functional teams, including Wholesale, Trade, and Client Relations, with digital solutions.

1. Proven experience in eCommerce, with a strong understanding of online customer journeys.
2. Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus and eCommerce operations.
3. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
4. A detail-oriented and process-driven approach to online retail.
5. Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and online merchandising.
6. Experience in international eCommerce is a plus.
7. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
8. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
9. Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
10. Full UK driving license preferred.
