Job summary
A hyper growth software firm is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive (Insurance) in a hybrid role based in London. This position focuses on driving innovation and market growth while leveraging extensive sales experience in the insurance domain. Candidates should have a proven track record in enterprise sales and exceptional communication skills. The role offers a base salary range of £100k to £110k plus double un-capped OTE, with a fast track opportunity to a Director level position.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop impactful sales strategies.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust approaches accordingly.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets gained in an Account Executive role.
This role offers a fast track opportunity to a Director level position.
Base salary range circa 100k to 110k + double OTE (uncapped)
