Job summary
A leading home improvement company in the UK is seeking a motivated sales professional. You will engage with customers, following up on warm leads and delivering persuasive pitches to convert quotes into sales. The ideal candidate will be proactive, have excellent customer service skills, and ideally possess experience in home improvements. This role offers a competitive OTE of £75k-100k, alongside bonuses and industry-leading training. Enjoy the autonomy of a self-employed career with uncapped earning potential.

- Ideally experienced in Home Improvements or similar.
- Must possess a full UK driving licence and own car.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on warm sales leads and visit customers.
- Give persuasive pitches to convert quotes to sales.
- Educate customers about products and cross-sell where appropriate.
- Work with customers to meet their unique requirements.
Skills
You’ll be quickly trainedup to know the products inside out; you’ll be proud of them, and confident in selling them to customers using your existing and growing sales abilities.
- Following up on warm sales leads, visiting customers in their own homes or utilising our new remote selling framework
- Giving persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes to sales
- Educating customers about the products and services offered, thinking on your feet and cross-selling other products where appropriate
- Working with customers to meet their unique requirements and get the job right first time, every time.
You’ll need to be self-motivated and confident communicating with a variety of customers at a senior level. You’ll be:
- Proactive and results-driven
- Flexible towards and working hours
- Able to provide a consistently high of customer service
- Ideally experienced within Home Improvements (or similar!)
- A driver with a full UK driving licence and your own car
