An established contractor in the Power & Renewable Energy sector seeks a Commercial Manager in Glasgow. SSA are currently recuriting for an established Power & Renewable Energy contractor who due to a number of new contract and framework awards are looking to bring in a Commercial Manager to look after their projects as part of thier SSE & Scottish Power projects.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing a small team of Quantity Surveyors
  • Working on large-scale, long-term substation and renewable energy projects
  • Commercial responsibility for schemes valued between 10m- 50m
  • Preparation of monthly/quarterly forecasts
  • Overseeing and directing the CVR, Change Management, & Subcontractor Management processes
  • Dispute Management & Adjudications
