Our Hotel client in the heart of Cardiff, a well established and growing business, is looking for a Meetings, Events & Group Sales Executive to join them on a permanent basis.
Our client is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and delivering high-quality hospitality in every interaction, and in this key role you will drive business growth across their meetings, events, and group bookings.
Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will handle a wide range of client enquiries; managing each stage from initial contact and event planning through to conversion, contracting, billing, and accurate record-keeping.
This role includes Saturday working on a rota basis.
Candidates will need to be able to drive for this role, and will have use of the company pool car to attend events.
Salary will be 26-28k depending on experience, plus 28 days holiday and company pension.
