Responsibilities
  • Managing an active personal caseload of Employee Benefits renewals
  • Ensuring sales targets and conversion rates are achieved
  • Generating high-quality leads for the Life & Protection team in line with monthly targets
  • Following FCA regulations & develop expertise in PMI/ Dental & Cash Plan Benefits
  • Keeping up-to-date with insurer products, market updates, & regulatory changes
  • Building relationships with Key Account Managers and Healthcare Consultants
Qualifications
  • At least 1 years’ experience in a sales role
  • A strong negotiator and the ability to notice cross selling opportunities
  • A passion for providing quality client care and successfully delivering resultsStrong customer service focus with a drive to exceed targetsGreat written & communication skills and can adjust to different types of customers
  • Previous experience in an FCA regulated business would be an advantage
