An innovative, fast-growing SaaS company is looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow its UK and European client base. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, building strong relationships, and turning insights into actionable strategies, this could be the perfect role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts across the UK and Europe.
  • Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing product support.
  • Manage account renewals, prepare proposals, and track opportunities in CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify growth and expansion opportunities within accounts.
  • Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.
  • Advocate for clients internally, helping to shape the product roadmap.
  • Maintain accuracy and professionalism in all client communications and documentation.
Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years' experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles in SaaS/tech.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills; able to support clients to succeed.
  • Experience managing revenue‑owning accounts and driving growth.
  • Excellent training, support, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Comfortable with data, analytics, or research‑heavy environments.
  • Experience in market research, analytics, or insights industries is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages welcome.
  • Automotive interest/experience is advantageous but not essential.
