Account Manager - UK/EU Region

📍 Hybrid (Essex-based preferred) | Travel across UK/EU as required

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts across the UK and Europe.
  • Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing product support.
  • Manage account renewals, prepare proposals, and track opportunities in CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify growth and expansion opportunities within accounts.
  • Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.
  • Advocate for clients internally, helping to shape the product roadmap.
  • Maintain accuracy and professionalism in all client communications and documentation.
Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years' experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles in SaaS/tech.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills; able to support clients to succeed.
  • Experience managing revenue‑owning accounts and driving growth.
  • Excellent training, support, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Comfortable with data, analytics, or research‑heavy environments.
  • Experience in market research, analytics, or insights industries is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages welcome.
  • Automotive interest/experience is advantageous but not essential.
