Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Paid Social campaigns across key platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and X), ensuring alignment with performance KPIs across the marketing funnel.

Manage end-to-end campaign processes, from briefing and creative development to execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Partner closely with Brand Managers, creative, analytics, product, and development teams to design and deliver integrated, high-performing campaigns.

Provide performance insights, competitor analysis, and actionable recommendations, both in real time and for long-term growth.

Oversee internal systems and workflows, including campaign briefing, invoice management, and reporting processes.

Stay up to date with evolving social media trends, consumer behaviour, and industry news to ensure campaigns remain relevant and engaging.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Paid Social campaign management.

Proven experience delivering performance-driven campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and X.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed optimization decisions. Clear understanding of Business manager suites, Pixel implementation, Reporting and Platform best practices.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.

Experience with Tableau (or any other data housing software) and experience in the RMG is a bonus.
