A local government organization in High Wycombe is looking for an Assistant EHC-Co-ordinator to support children with Educational Health and Care Assessments. This part-time role involves managing cases, liaising with families, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Ideal candidates should have strong knowledge of SEND regulations and effective communication skills. A flexible working environment is available.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant EHC-Co-ordinator to join the SEN Service. We are looking for a talented, experienced professional to support our families, children, and young people together with educational settings through the Education, Health and Care Assessment and Annual ReviewProcess.
This is a part time role working 22.5 hours per week, the salary advertised will be pro-rata'd.
We are an Integrated SEND Service that supports children and young people with SEND living in Buckinghamshire to achieve the best possible outcomes.

As an Assistant EHC Co-ordinator, you will comply with statutory regulations in the preparation and review of Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHC) in accordance with the Children & Families Act 2014.

Any-Desk:
As an ‘any-desk’ worker, you’ll need to be connected to our network to access digital folders and resources, but this can either be from home or an office location when required. You will be required to work from the office a couple of times a week, depending on your role and team requirements.
Good knowledge of Children and Families Act 2014, SEND Code of Practice 2014 and Equality Act 2010 are essential to the role.
