Job description
What You'll Do...

As Projects Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of large-scale manufacturing infrastructure for battery cell production, as well as other projects ranging from R&D to office spaces.

Reporting to the Project Management team, you will be part of the Capital Projects team responsible for implementing building and infrastructure programmes to support Agratas’ ambitious plans.

  1. Coordinate daily activities of small and large-scale capital projects, including monitoring schedules, meetings, and milestones.
  2. Assist management in tracking project expenses, reporting financials, and ensuring budget adherence.
  3. Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services meeting project specifications.
  4. Maintain and update project documentation such as schedules, reports, and contracts.
  5. Manage the project document storage system, ensuring organization, version control, security, and accessibility of all documents.
