ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the implementation of change initiatives.
- Assist in the quotation process with data collection and database management.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
- Ensure change processes comply with corporate standards and best practices.
- Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Provide regular updates and reports on progress and outcomes.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless change implementation.
- Maintain file directory databases linked to quotations and change control, ensuring document configuration control.
- Support activities aligned with the 'President's Message' goals.
- Adopt and practice Kaizen principles and concepts.
- Participate in continuous improvement and GEAR activities.
- Follow departmental procedures as outlined in the Level III Procedure manual.
- Adhere to policies and guidelines related to quality management systems (e.g., TS 16949, ISO 9001:2015).
- Maintain knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure safe work practices.
- Ensure departmental compliance with ISO 9001 and TISAX standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum HNC/HND or third-level qualifications; preference for Degree in Engineering or Project Management.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings beneficial.
- Knowledge of automotive product development processes advantageous.
- Strong communication and professional presentation skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and solve problems.
- Awareness of budget and financial management.
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel; MS Project experience preferred.
- Experience in change management within manufacturing settings.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
