Job description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Support the implementation of change initiatives.
  2. Assist in the quotation process with data collection and database management.
  3. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
  4. Ensure change processes comply with corporate standards and best practices.
  5. Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  6. Provide regular updates and reports on progress and outcomes.
  7. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless change implementation.
  9. Maintain file directory databases linked to quotations and change control, ensuring document configuration control.
  10. Support activities aligned with the 'President's Message' goals.
  11. Adopt and practice Kaizen principles and concepts.
  12. Participate in continuous improvement and GEAR activities.
  13. Follow departmental procedures as outlined in the Level III Procedure manual.
  14. Adhere to policies and guidelines related to quality management systems (e.g., TS 16949, ISO 9001:2015).
  15. Maintain knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure safe work practices.
  16. Ensure departmental compliance with ISO 9001 and TISAX standards.
  17. Perform additional duties as assigned.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  1. Minimum HNC/HND or third-level qualifications; preference for Degree in Engineering or Project Management.
  2. Understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings beneficial.
  3. Knowledge of automotive product development processes advantageous.
  4. Strong communication and professional presentation skills.
  5. Ability to organize, prioritize, and solve problems.
  6. Awareness of budget and financial management.
  7. Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel; MS Project experience preferred.
  8. Experience in change management within manufacturing settings.
  9. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
