Working for a specialist building services business providing commercial heating, plumbing & mechanical works.
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to take the lead on delivering a portfolio of mechanical projects across the Midlands.
As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a range of mechanical-led projects valued between £10k - £500k, with opportunities to oversee larger scopes of work when the opportunity arises.
- Plant room replacements
- Commercial heating and plumbing upgrades
- Specialist mechanical installations
You will deliver these projects within education facilities, commercial environments, and hospitality settings, taking full ownership from conception through to completion.
- Leading project delivery to ensure works are completed safely, on time and within budget.
- Managing forecasting, pipeline, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
- Overseeing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure coordinated delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and health & safety standards.
- Maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive management.
- Proven experience delivering mechanical building services projects with an oversight of electrical works.
- Strong technical understanding of commercial heating, plumbing, and mechanical building systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with full commercial responsibility.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a client-first approach.
- Knowledge of CDM regulations and industry best practices.
