Overview

Role: Project Manager (Contract). Location: London, UK. Client: Hexaware.

Responsibilities
  • Service Transformation Program: Continue to change GIS behaviour towards a service orientated model by anchoring the services framework and service planning processes consistently across GIS. Migrate the new IT Services Catalog from SharePoint to Service Now to make the service model transparent and visible. Build and execute marketing and training plan for consumers of the IT Services Catalog and its supporting tools and processes.
  • Service Transformation – Organization Change Management Project: Enable services across all processes in the landscape with particular focus on Demand, PPM and Transition Management processes. Train the user community how to use, and benefit from the IT Services Catalog. Change GIS behaviour towards a service orientated model. Enhance and execute appropriate training. Design and execute marketing & comms plan to anchor the model. Train GIS staff to support ‘services’ rather than technology components.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Role requires experience as a Project Manager with a focus on service transformation programs.
  • Experience in migrating catalogs to ServiceNow and driving training and adoption.
  • Contract length: 3-6 months; location: London, UK; willingness to work in London.
