The ideal candidate will have previous experience in project management within the manufacturing or engineering sector and possess formal PM qualifications. Overview

Thrive Trowbridge are recruiting on behalf of a leading Wiltshire based business who urgently seek a Project Manager on a permanent basis to lead technical projects across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Lead technical projects: scope, planning, execution, and delivery
  • Manage cross-functional teams, budgets, timelines, and risk
  • Deliver projects on time and to budget
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Regular project reporting
What you will need to succeed
  • Previous experience in a Project Manager role within the manufacturing / engineering sector
  • Strong understanding of project methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Knowledge of technical design projects
  • Formal PM qualifications: PRINCE2, PMI, APM or equivalent
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
