• As a Mechanical Services Contracts Manager, you\'ll be responsible for overseeing significant projects from start to finish.
• Manage 1-2 large projects simultaneously, each valued around £1m.
• Take projects from the estimation stage through to final account, including procurement.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Primarily work on projects located along the M4 corridor.

• Proven experience in a similar role, within the mechanical services sector.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple large-scale projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the electrical services team and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and final account management.
