About the Role

Pro-Group Recruitment are partnering with a successful, growing fire safety business, who are seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Contracts Manager to take ownership of commercial and industrial sprinkler system installations from concept through to completion.

In this key leadership role, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of fire sprinkler installation projects from start to finish.
  • Co-ordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to meet project goals.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant industry standards, including LPCB, BSEN 12845, BSEN 9990, and BSEN 9251.
  • Produce and maintain QA documentation and project records.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and challenges.
  • Attend weekly progress meetings at our Willenhall head office.
  • Promote a collaborative, safety-focused culture across all project teams.
What You’ll Need
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the fire sprinkler industry.
  • Strong understanding of LPCB, BSEN 9990, BSEN 9251, and BSEN 12845 standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP CAD drawings.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting site surveys and attending client meetings.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with confidence presenting to clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and IT skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Full, clean UK Driving Licence (essential).
