Our Client Executives support some of our highest profile clients and play a pivotal role in keeping service delivery running smoothly. This is a role where organisation, accountability and relationship building really matter.

You’ll work closely with your Client Manager and internal delivery teams to ensure clients receive a proactive, accurate and responsive service. Acting as a key day to day contact, you’ll be:

• Managing incoming queries and keeping clients updated
• Coordinating work across internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Maintaining accurate records, trackers and CRM updates
• Providing clear, timely communication to clients and colleagues
• Supporting contract renewals, reporting and service delivery tasks
• Helping drive a consistent and reliable client experience
• Proactively resolving issues and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks

Your role is central to keeping clients informed, organised and confident in the service we provide.

We’re looking for people who are:

• Naturally organised, with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communicators who can build trust and rapport
• Proactive, resilient, and able to take ownership of their workload
• Confident working with internal teams and holding others to account
• Motivated by supporting clients and solving problems

Experience within an energy supplier or TPI would be a strong advantage, but we also welcome candidates from other roles where organisation, communication and coordination are central to success. If you’re used to managing a fast-moving workload, juggling competing priorities and keeping things on track, you’ll fit in well.
