As a Client Success (CS) Agency Specialist at Indeed, you will play a key role in working with the media agencies of record across the Indeed client base. You'll develop strategic relationships to ensure we deliver value to agencies. You'll educate agencies on the best ways to leverage Indeed’s 200+ million monthly users ensuring the agency can deliver best in class hiring, sourcing and employer branding solutions. The CS Agency Specialist will play a critical role in arming agencies with the knowledge and tools they need to adopt Indeed’s features, optimize spend, and solve client’s pain before they even know it exists. You will be accountable for driving feature adoption growth and deepening relationships with key agency partners via strategic alliances, education, client partnering and ideation directly with the agencies. You will be aligned to 6 Agency Sales reps, supporting their assigned Agencies.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses,a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
