This permanent, full-time role involves leading the approval processes for training providers and ensuring alignment with employer needs. Qualifications

• Technical understanding of the engineering construction industry.

• Experience in quality assurance, continuous improvement, or compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the approval process for training providers and courses.
• Build relationships across the provider network to improve satisfaction.
• Support continuous improvement and oversee onboarding.
• Coordinate operational delivery through CRM and MS365 systems.

Skills

Technical understanding of the engineering construction industry

Strong stakeholder and relationship management

Experience in quality assurance

Knowledge of training, competence, or assessment frameworks

Confident user of CRM and MS365 systems

Education

Level 3 or higher engineering or vocational qualification
