Cherry Professional are currently a HR Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting people, promoting compliance, and contributing to the company’s long-term success.

Responsibilities
  • Managing company restructures
  • Ensuring company restructures are managing compliantly
  • Managing redundancy processes
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a positive start for new employees.
  • Employee Relations
  • Advise managers on performance management, coaching, and disciplinary matters.
  • Performance Management
  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in setting clear performance goals and providing constructive feedback.>
  • Monitor and report on performance trends to drive improvement initiatives.
  • Compliance and Policy
  • Ensure full compliance with UK employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.
  • Stay informed on legal and regulatory developments impacting HR operations
Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience working in a heavily unionised environment
  • Remote management experience
  • Experience in managing redundancy processes
  • Previous experience conducting and carrying out employee training
