Qualifications

  • Degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • CIPD qualification level 5.
  • HR generalist experience in the UK, with strong exposure to employee relations.
  • Experience supporting TUPE processes in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day HR support for UK employees.
  • Support employee relations processes, including disciplinaries and grievances.
  • Coordinate and manage TUPE transfers, including consultation.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law and GDPR.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reporting.
  • Champion employee engagement and well‑being.
